Deep Conditioning Routine

There are tons of ways to keep your hair healthy. One of them is to deep condition often. Deep conditioning, unlike reguar conditioning, penetrates your strands and nourishes from the inside out. Some ladies like to use just a deep conditioner and that`s fine but I like to add some things to mine to make it more nourishing. I like to add olive oil, castor oil and honey for added moisture. The second the mixture touches my touches my hair it feel softer. My favorite deep conditioner to use is my Mane n Tail deep moisturizing conditioner. It makes my hair luxuriously soft! If you haven`t tried it, you really need to!
