Here is a recipe for a different kind of cheesecake.
300g double cream
1 shot of espresso
100g castor sugar
Biscuits of your choice
What to do:
Mix mascarpone and double cream together and add espresso and sugar. Crush biscuits in a pan and add honey. Add a little espresso and sugar to amaretto and stir it to create foam. Arrange everything on a plate and ENJOY!!!
