So I`m going talk about DEADLIFTS! Deadlift is a great exercise that works around 22-23 muscles. Basically it is holding the weight and standing up. Having work so many muscles at the same time makes this one of my favorite weight lifting exercises. However, this lift is one of the most difficult because the form has to be damn near perfect or else an injury will occur. I recently corrected my form and I can say that even adjusting slightly can help increase your lift and obtain maximum gains, but only if you feel as though your form is not correct.
