Today is my first official day of a healthier new me. I am quite over weight and not happy with the way I am so I am using my luuux account to post healthy snack ideas and work outs and things that help me and that Im hoping will also help you. Everyday, I am going to try and post what I have done that day, the good and the bad and here is my first day.
