Okay so, I decided to make a post about dark chocolate because I was just eating it now and I`ve heard that it is really good for your health and concentration, that is why I always eat it when I am studying, it helps me concentrate I think. Dark chocolate is very high in antioxidants, higher than the king of antioxidants- berries. It has many vitamins, which is really good.
