I believe dancing is the best way to lose weight. It`s something you can do to your favorite music. You dance at parties. Which is when it can be the most exciting time to dance.Some people even use video tapes which give you choreography. The links below are the sites to get a dancing video tape. I have tried both of them. Zumba is my favorite though.It gets you pumped up and then dances get stuck in your head and you can put your own style into them and use them at parties. Hope this helps anyone who wants to find a fun way to lose weight.
