One dessert that I will probably never get sick of is egg tarts or more commonly known as `Dan tat.` It`s not to sweet, has a flaky crust and a fluffy filling. I`ve attempted to make these in the past but they didnt turn out as great as I hoped.
I know it usually takes years for someone to become a pro at making these. But my friend here on Luuux, Valerie Tan made these the other night and she kindly shared them with me! Along with the egg tarts, she made mini Chinese New Year eggrolls! I`m not sure what she filled them with but they were a great snack while I was watching youtube. LOL
It`s been years since I`ve tasted a realllly reallly good dan tat, but these are delicious. Have you had these before? They usually sell these tarts at dim sum restaurants or Chinese bakeries.
