Well i decided to start this because it will be good to write down what i do everyday.
Today i got up at 630 to go on an early morning jog. I live near the base of a mountain so i ran a brisk 5 miles towards the mountain. Then obviously i had to run back. When i got back to my house i did a set of 8 minute abs which is a program that you can google and it will give you results!! Then i had a protein shake!!! YUMMM
