Hi everyone! Today I`ll talk about some precautions that we have with sensitive or allergic skin. No skin is the "type" sensitive for life: this is a temporary state, which can be linked to allergies, reactions to other products or hormonal problems. Learn a routine treatment to recover quickly and leave your skin beautiful!
In the morning, before school / work:
The tip is to hydrate the skin and to withstand the external actions without being further responsive throughout the day.
Clean the skin with a cleaning fluid, not to cause irritation.
Spend a moisturizer for the face. Products with green tea or white tea in the formula act as anti-inflammatory and help solve the problem faster.
Apply a sunscreen of formula slightly. If you wear makeup, choose the type of mineral that does not irritate the skin.
During the day:
Avoid getting stroking or cleaning the face too. The skin is sensitive, remember?
Give sprayed thermal water in the face: it helps to relieve redness and itching in skin sensitized.
Let it dry naturally.
Reapply your sunscreen.
Before going to sleep
Clean the skin with a lotion or cleaning fluid.
Forget astringent: your skin is very sensitive, even for formulas with little or no alcohol.
Pass a water-based moisturizer, which moisturizes the skin without leaving it oily.
If you have any product in treatment for dander or other problems, this is the best time to apply it and let it sit for sleep.
