Back again with another dinner of the night. This of course, like my usual self is from several nights ago. But it`s just a simple tofu soup recipe that my mom passed down to me. It has pork spare ribs, daikon sliced up into quarters, green onions, napa cabbage, and of course tofu in it. This was always my favorite soup to eat, (well my favorite after Pho!) when I was a kid. My husband says it`s his favorite too, and on that particular night I served it to him with white rice, but it tastes just as good with brown too. :)
