Today I went cycling with my husband for about 30 kilometers that makes me so tired and almost feel dizzy. I go cycling sometimes with my husband but I have to see if it`s not so hot outside first or else it makes me so dark and ugly hahaha (I don`t like dark skin!). Cycling is very important to our body, it helps us builds strenght and muscle tone, builds stamina, cycling improves cardio-vascular fitness, it eats up calories, it improves heart health and also reduces stress. Do you guys go or like cycling sometimes??
