CVS Haul Spent $5, Saved $36, $7 ECB back!

Whenever I make a visit to CVS, I try to invest my money into some item that is on sale and will give me some ECB back and then buy the products that I
really want. If you want to see how I haul or save money you can check out my blog that I`m trying to update with good deals/freebies/finds:
Transaction #1: Blink Gel Tears Lubricating Eye Drops On sale for $8.99, Saved $4.30 - $1.00 off Manufactures Coupon (Which can be printed
This Blink Gel Tears eye drops is actually for my dad to try out. His Ophthalmologist recommend this brand as well as Systane Eye Drops but he is currently using Systane because his doctor gave him a bunch of coupons so he never tried this brand out. This is the perfect opportunity to because it`s like free plus I invested my money in getting this for free since I was planning to spend money at CVS anyway. Maybelline Single Limited Edition Eyeshadow in Electric Blue #802 On clearance for $1.00, saved $3.89 - $1.00 Manufactures Coupon (Which I printed from`>http://RedPlum.Com however the coupon is no longer there) So I got this eye shadow completely
FREE! Grand Total: $7.99 but I had $4ECB from previous purchases so I ended up paying
$4.76 and I received $8.99 in ECB!
Transaction #2:
On to why I wanted to go to CVS was to score a really good deal on this primer. It`s supposed to smooth your face and you can use this product with or without make up so I`m going to give this a try.
What I purchased: Revlon Photoready Perfecting Primer - $13.99 Revlon Nail Clip - $3.29 3 American Greeting Cards (Congratulations, going to be Graduation cards for friends) - $0.99 each Pecan Candy $0.33 The Red Coupon Machine spitted out a bunch of high value coupons: $5 off Revlon face product $2 off Revlon tools Grand Total: $20.58 - $7 worth of coupons from the red machine = $13.58 - $8.99 ECB from previous purchase = $4.59 - $2 off Revlon Peelie on the primer& $2 manufacture Revlon coupon = $0.59 cents but somehow the lady did something wrong and I had to buy a candy and ended up paying only
$0.16 cents!!!. I received $3 ECB from purchasing 3 American Greeting Cards and $4 ECB for spending over $10 on Revlon products. Overall: I bought a bunch of unnecessary items (as my boyfriend would say) but I did get the one item I wanted to try out and a bunch of other goodies too. I technically spend only $4.92 and I walked out with $7 more ECB to spend next time and saved over $36!!
Has anyone tried out the Revlon Photoready Perfecting Primer yet? How`d it work for you? Photo via Mine | Don`t take without Permission.
