CVS Haul: nail polish and other random goodies :]

One of my good friend and co-workers last day was coming up and I wanted to pick up a special treat as a goodbye present. I decided to do some research on what good sales were going on and found out about the latest Revlon colorstay nail polishes were on sale for $4.99 and are originally ~$8 so I thought that in itself would be a good deal, but it got better with a $3 ECB! My friend and I talk about nail polish a lot as I usually would have a new color on my nails each time we saw each other at work; so I knew it would be a good treat to send her off with.

I decided to go with a cute pink pastel color and a nice nude as the colors that would probably best suit her taste in nail polishes. The pink color is called Café Pink and the nude is called Bare Bones. I actually loved the color Bare Bones so much that I kept it for myself, hehe. With the extra care bucks from my purchase, I used them to buy Essies Stroke of Brilliance from their luxeffects collection. I never really noticed this one, when it first came out, but when I randomly stumbled upon this one I really wanted to get it.

I also decided to pick up some snacks to give to her and picked up some candy. The candies I chose were twix bars in the regular and peanut butter kind and pretzel m&ms. I also grabbed some drinks as it was super-hot that day and these were conveniently located near the checkout section. In the end, I spent around $15 for everything and Im hoping to go back and get some more polishes if I get the chance to.
