So I sort of went overboard with my spending today - but the sale was way too good to pass up, and Ive been waiting for a sale to try out the Physicians Formula drug store brand since I`ve only tried very few stuff from them.
Nude Eyes palette: the packaging is so cute. This is my fix until I finally convince myself to dish out the $50 do buy Urban Decays Naked palette. Originally $11.29, I bought this for $4.29.
Shimmer Strips in Vegas Strip: Ive read on several blogs that this was a pretty awesome dupe for Diors Amber Diamond highlighter ($44 at Sephora). Im quite excited to try this one out! Originally $14.29, I bought this for $7.29.
Eye Booster 2-in-1 eyeliner (felt tip) and eyelash boosting serum: I bought this in the morning (I made two trips two CVS due to my indecisiveness) and tested this throughout the day. Its mediocre as an eyeliner (I much prefer gel liners), but Im going to keep using this to see if it really does lengthen and thicken your lashes as it claims. Originally $11.29, I bought this for $4.29.
Happy Booster blush in Natural: I dont really believe their claim that this blush will make you happier with the scented blush, but I do think the packaging is cute. Ive heard a lot of good things about PFs blushes, especially the new Happy Booster blushes. Originally $12.79, I bought this for $5.79.
Bronze Booster in Medium to Dark: This buy was totally impulsive - I dont even use bronzers! Ive read really good reviews on PFs pressed bronzers (the bronze booster pressed powders in particular), so I figured why not - its $7 off anyways. I guess now is an opportune time to experiment with contouring and highlighting. The priciest of the products, this was originally $16.29, but I bought this for $9.29.
Grand total spent (including tax) about $30.
The cool thing about spending $30 on all of this I also got a free $10 gas card for spending $30 on special priced items! Who doesnt love free gas?!
I`m sure the sale is still going on so if you live close to a cvs you should go buy some physician products!
Have you guys gotten anything from this sale?
