Hello Everyone!!! I have recently started taking CTS 360! I am looking to lose about 5 pounds and tone up. I have also started working out 5 days a week. So far I have been on CTS 360 for about a month and have been working out for a month and, have just started to see results. My arms have been thinning down, and I just over all feel better! Also when taking CTS 360 I have been drinking TONS of water!! I am looking forward to seeing how everything goes in the next few months.
