*my photos* "Crunch & girl scouts have joined forces." SAAAY WHAT NOW?! I`ve been a girl scout since I was 8 years old and now that I`m too old for it, I`m in the co-ed scouting group called Ventures. Everyone knows girl scout cookies are only sold once a year so people try to stock up when they can. If you didn`t already know, it`s perfectly fine to freeze your cookies. Thin mints taste better frozen, anyways! Give it a try next March when the cookies come back LOL.
Anyways, I`m ALWAYS on tumblr and I saw a picture of these limited edition Crunch + girl scout cookie collaboration treats. I honestly wasn`t even sure if it was real because you can`t believe everything you see on the internet! I took a trip to CVS today just because .. hahah & I saw these! They`re PROBABLY cheaper somewhere else but I only have a CVS & Rite Aid near me and I didn`t see them at Rite Aid. I think they`re originally $4.29 .. or something but if you buy 2 or more, it`s $3.50 each. Girl scout cookies are $4 a box so it`s whatever to me. They`re not for me anyways. They`re for my boyfriend who is currently deployed in Afghanistan. I`m going to send these goodies to him in his next care package and I know he`ll be super happy! :) There are only 3 flavors so I bought all three: Peanut Butter Creme (peanut butter patties), Caramel & Coconut (Caramel Delights/Samoas), & Thin Mints.
I`ll just give you a brief summary of what the Thin Mints box says. They`re individually wrapped bars. CVS sells an individual one for $1.19. Uh, what a ripoff. GET THE BOX INSTEAD. "Dark chocolate cookie wafers and mint chocolate creme, topped with airy crispies." Sounds good to me!
I apologize for the terrible quality of the pictures. I really didn`t feel like taking out my camera LOL. My webcam doesn`t have self-timer so this was the best I could come up with!
LET ME KNOW IF YOU GUYS HAVE TRIED THESE!!!! (: Crunch bars are my absolutely favorite chocolate candy and who doesn`t love girl scout cookies?!
