Another great cardio you can do is cross-country skiing. Yes! Something hard as cross-country skiing is a great way to burn maximum calories. Who would ever thought comparing cross-country, working on a gym machine or swooshing over miles of snow would relate to one another?
How they are related you asked? Both exercise do work your upper & lower body. It doesn`t take a lot of work to get your heart rate up. Calories burn are present when you do this.
You can either do the real thing on snow or just use an elliptical which is worked indoors. Using the elliptical machine won`t be the same though.
