croissants are delicious, and especially when eaten with cheese after having been put in the oven so that the outside is flaky and crispy and the insode soft and hot.
As for the apple ones, I call them chaussons aux pommes, which litteraly translates to apples slippers :p haha I can never remember their actual english name. Those too were put in the over, so that the apple stuffing was nice and hot. Sometimes there are sugar crystals on the top and those make it yummy !!!
