Hey everyone! Oh my goodness, I have been addicted to these for the past few weeks now and knew that I had to show them here to you guys! I bought these at a Vietnamese grocery store in Westminister, CA so I don`t really know where you can buy these from. These cookies are from The Cookies Cottage and when I first saw them, I actually thought they were from Pepperidge Farm since the logos look a bit similar. These cookies are crispy taro cookies, which are also known as yam biscuits. The reason why I bought these was because my mom doesn`t eat meat so when I saw that they were toasted vegetarian yam biscuits, I had to buy some for my mom and I to try out. My family loves eating taro, we pretty much put it in a lot of food that we cook, like eggrolls and curry. They don`t really taste like taro but you do see taro bits in the cookie. Actually I don`t even know what taro tastes like since I never ate it alone but I know it makes meals taste good. LOL These cookies were so delicious and I highly suggest that if you were able t get your hands on these, you shoudl pick up a pack to try.
QUESTIONS: Have you ever tried crispy taro cookies before? Are you a fan of taro?
