Crispy Roasted Potaotes

I had these crispy potatoes a few days ago. I cut and peeled some yellow potatoes. Then I tossed them in olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic. I roasted these at around 450 degrees. Then they were roasted at 350 degrees a little bit later. I have to say these are the crispiest potatoes I`ve ever had, super tasty!
