Crispy Chicken Salad

I love eating crispy kinds of food but I know that deep fried foods are pretty bad for you. I made this crispy panko chicken as a replacement to deep fried chicken strips. I use Panko breadcrumb, which is a type of Japanese breadcrumbs. They are very light. The breadcrumbs were seasoned with paprika, salt, and pepper. I take my panko covered chicken pieces and then pan fry them with a bit of oil. To get rid of the excess oil, I will then lay them on a piece of paper towel. I added my chicken to a premade spring mix and I added a few chunks of tomatoes. I also added some more shrimp because I wanted extra protein. I don`t like to add salad dressing directly onto my salad because I don`t like it when the chicken gets wet and less crispy. Instead, I will squirt some dressing on the side and dip my vegetables in it, lol does anyone else do this or is it just me?
