I kept breakfast very simple this morning without compromising the flavor aspect of course.
I had a crispbread, which is a hard bread that is dry and flat and resembles a cracker. It`s very light weight and high in fiber. The one that we bought also has sesame seeds on it, which pack a punch of flavor. You can eat it with cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes or anything else that you may like.
For my crispbread this morning I just placed a slice of swiss cheese on it and then sprinkled some crushed red pepper on top.
It was honestly very tasty and satisfying :)
