Crêpe making!

Its been a while since I last made a crepe so today I decided to make some, plus my brother wanted me to make him some also and it was perfect because I just bought some fresh strawberries at the grocery store!
The crepe recipe I use its pretty basic and easy I got it online a long time ago and Ive just memorized it ever since.

<p><strong>Crepe Recipe</strong></p>
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup water
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 eggs
1teasespoon vanilla extract (optional)

The vanilla extract originally isnt in the recipe but I like to add it so its optional if you want to add it or not. Basically you want to take all of your ingredients and wisk it all together until your batter is smooth.
Then take a non-stick medium sized pan or whatever sized pan you want to use its all preference and heat up the pan on medium heat. Add a small amount of butter to the pan and let melt. Once the butter is melted you can ladle out some of the batter. You dont need to add a lot because its suppose to be thin and you are also going to swirl the pan to get the batter all the way around the pan anyways. After about 30-45 seconds you can then flip it and then let it cook on the other side for about 20-30 seconds. I like to sometimes leave it in longer because its good when the outside part gets crispy. And voila there you have a crepe. You can then fill it with whatever you want savory or sweet. My family and I usually just make sweet crepes and so we usually like to fill them with nutella, ice cream, strawberries, bananas. The possibilities are endless when it comes to filling them but on this particular day we only had strawberries, nutella and ice cream.
