Hello people!

Now light is another recipe, but now a tasty crepe. And in this time of summer is that taste good.

1 cup skim milk
½ cup (tea) flour
1 teaspoon (dessert) sweetener (saccharin / cyclamate)
1 egg
orange zest and light margarine to grease
½ cup orange juice
½ cup of skim milk
1 tbsp (tablespoons) cornstarch (cornflour)
1 egg yolk
1 spoon (soup, shallow) sweetener (saccharin / cyclamate)
2 spoons (soup) diet orange-flavored jelly
A glass of orange juice
1 teaspoon (dessert) sweetener (saccharin / cyclamate)

  Beat in the mixer all dough ingredients and leads to a refrigerator at 30-60 minutes.
In greased pan, make very thin crepes and set aside.
For the filling: combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to medium heat until creamy.
Place a spoonful of filling in the crepe and fold in a triangle.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan, bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve over pancakes.
