I had picked up some of these packet smoothie mixes at my Weight Watchers meeting. They are a smoothie powder, which has protein in it. which can be drank with plain water, with milk, or blended in a blender to make a thicker smoothie. The flavor is a very straightforward creamy coconut flavor (which is good) but Ive learned to blend these in the blender with ice and fruit. It accentuates the flavor and makes it just yummy as well as filling! I decided to experiment with a new flavor combination so I mixed up the smoothie mix with water, emptied it into the blender with some ice cubes, a whole fresh banana and a couple handfuls of fresh no sugar added mango. It made a gigantic cup (I actually had some leftover in the blender) so I made my boyfriend a small cup to try. He was surprised with how good it was.
