A few weeks back my husband told me about a movie he had watched called Crazy, Stupid, Love. We don`t see many movies in theatres anymore and just wait for them to show up on netflix, etc to watch. Well, he had said this was a good movie and that we needed to watch it together. We tried to find it on several different sites and outlets but for some reason it isn`t available. We ended up just buying it when we were out over the weekend. I`m glad we did because it is one of those movies that I wouldn`t mind watching again.
It is a hilarious romantic comedy starring Ryan Gosling, Steve Carell, Julianne Moore, Emma Stone, Analeigh Tipton, Marisa, Tomei, and Kevin Bacon. Basically, Steve Carells character finds out his wife has been cheating on him and wants a divorce. He moves out and finds himself hanging out at a bar often and moping. Ryan Gossling`s character pairs up with him to try to help him "find his manhood" again and teaches him, basically, how to be a douche who insults women but somehow that works to pick them up and take them home... no, I`m serious. Ultimately, though, there is a massive plot change and everything kind of flips upside down. Towards the end when the movie hits its climax was absolutely hysterical-oh my goodness I laughed so hard.
It came out in 2011, so I know it isn`t new by any means. However, if you haven`t seen it, I highly recommend this movie. I think you`ll get a few good laughs in and over all enjoy the movie.
