Can you tell by now that I have an enormous obsession for noodles? :) The picture on the left is one of my favorite Tom Yam vermicilli noodles which I absolutely love eating! The other type of noodles, Yakisoba is a slightly chewy, fatter and longer version of regular chow mien which originated from Japan happens to be my husband`s favorite type of noodles.
Do you prefer the thinner version of vermicilli noodles or do you like the yakisoba more?:)
