Today I had some shrimp scampi, and it tasted amazing. Pasta in a light creamy sauce, topped with baby shrimp, juicy red tomatoes and yellow peppers...who can say no to that?! But the most surprising part is that it was initially frozen food! I never thought that something that came out of the freezer would taste this good. Of course, cooking it from scratch would be the best option, but sometimes we just don`t have the time. This came from the grocery store, so I`m pretty sure you can find it anywhere.
