I try to eat as much cranberries as I can because of the health benefits associated with it and also because I`ve read many articles saying that cranberries can help prevent urinary tract infection. I have tried eating fresh cranberries just to see if it tastes okay..and I figured it`ll be healthier without all the added sugar but oh my, it was so sour that I had to spit it out, LOL! I usually just add these cranberries in my oatmeal, it makes it a lot tastier and not to mention healthier too:)
