Crab Rangoons! + Recipe

I love me some fried food. And crab rangoons are no exception because they`re great for just about any occasion (except if you`re Vegan). They`re easy to make and I can guarantee that these will be the first ones to be gobbled up. LOL I like to eat mine with sweet and sour sauce but some people like adding some hot mustard.

It`s very simple to make. All you need is:
Wonton Wrappers
1 Block of cream cheese
Chopped green onions
Imitation crab (or real crab meat)
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp sugar (optional) - I find that most buffet rangoons add sugar to make it sweet.

Mix together, wrap them up into a triangle (or the flower shape) and seal with a egg wash. Fry in medium or medium high heat (depending on your stove) until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and voila! Very simple to make and it`s great if you don`t have much time to prepare for a gathering.
