Hey everyone! I just wanted to show you guys what I ate for lunch today. I actually bought this at a Vietnamese supermarket a while back and just decided to pull it out and finally try it. I have never tried anything from Authentic Asia before but I have always been curious about it, especially since I always see it in the freezer section whenever I go grocery shopping. I love eating wonton soup so I was definitely excited to try this one out. According to the packaging, this features marinated whole shrimp. Each wonton is individually wrapped in a delicate pastry sheet, providing a delightfully herb taste with an authentic touch. Combined with fine egg noodles and irresistible Chinese-Style broth, CP Shrimp Wonton Soup with Noodles is fresh, savory and ready-to-serve within minutes. I disagree with that whole quote. This thing had no taste whatsoever. All you have to do is add water and heat it up in the microwave. I added the right amount of water and when the soup cooled down, I tried it. The whole thing tasted like water. The shrimp didn`t taste like they were marinated at all. The whole soup just tasted like everything was cooked in water. It was just nasty and not tasteful at all. I would not recommend this!
QUESTIONS: Have you ever tried CP Authentic Asia Shrimp Wonton Soup with Noodles before?
