So recently I started the Couch to 5k program. I am in overall good physical condition, but when it comes to fitness...WELL thats a different story. I have always been of average weight but I was feeling gross all the time. I would get sick alot and just overall not feel very good about my body. My dad is a runner so I thought I can too! I got on the app store and got the C25K free app. That is what I am currently training on because it tells me when to run and when to walk while I can still listen to my music which is great. I highly recommend this app and I hope I motivated you to get off the couch!
