Cornflake Biscuits - Recipe

I did this tasty biscuit a few days ago. Easy and fast to make, and also fast to eat! Every body here at home liked the biscuits.

I`ll give you the recipe:

85g sugar
115g margarine
200g flour
1 teaspoon full of yeast
1 egg
140g cornflakes (I use the one`s with peanuts and honey)

Preheat oven to 200. ยบ C.

Beat butter and sugar until creamed. Add egg and beat again.
Add flour and baking powder and wrap it very well. Add the cornflakes and involve gently with a spoon in half a dozen laps.

With a tablespoon to remove small portions of dough and place slightly apart on a baking sheet lined with non-stick foil. Bake about 12 minutes-a5, until they are fish fingers.

Remove and cool on a rack. After a cold store in airtight container.
