I had a craving for something sweet and baked, so I ended up making some cornbread. Not from scratch of course. Im not that patient or talented. Lol. I had a box of corn bread sitting on my storage kitchen counter and decided to finally make it. I cant remember the brand, but it was purchased from Fred Meyers. Just your common grocery store and batter mix.
I added some butter and milk into the mix, stirred and threw it on a glass baking pan. It cooked fairly fast. I did wish I had baked it a bit longer as it was soft. Which was really good! But I like my corn bread more on the crisp side. Idk.. Im weird. Lol but I like the edge pieces because of that. My hubby likes it soft so I left it as is. Anyhow.. It turned out pretty good other than being on soft side.
