Last night for dinner I decided to put together a quick salad. I just used the following ingredients:
just gather the ingredients in a large bowl and add the dressing on top. You can add salt and pepper to taste if you wish as well as some crushed red pepper. Mix everything together and viola! It`s ready to eat :)
I served it with a slice of whole wheat bread, which had some low fat whipped butter on top.
