My Mama made these for the family a few weeks ago. I had never had them and still don`t understand how there made, but I know it involves corn, eggs and frying. they were delicious, oily but not too oily (like not too greasy); furthermore There were small and cute and hot and were delicious with jam and syrup. Thew were chewy and the corn added crunch to them.
