I love Cool Whip, especially during the holidays to top on pies or other goodies. There are several different varieties of Cool Whip but the Free one is great because it is only 15 calories for 2 tablespoons! Not the most healthy ingredients though because it consists of water, corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated coconut and palm kernel oil, sodium caseinate, vanilla extract, xanthan and guargums, polysorbate 60 and betacarotene. Stil, it is a good treat and if you don`t eat it everyday won`t do much harm!
