I love to have some Cool Whip Light in the refrigerator (or freezer) just in case. It comes in handy for a lot of quick dessert recipes and also just to have for topping a pudding cup, strawberries, or ice cream. Sometimes I just take a tablespoon of this to satisfy a sweet tooth without causing too much damage. The Cool Whip Light version is so low in calories but tastes very much like the original. I think it is slightly more light and fluffy and even better than the original because it doesn`t have that heavy cream taste to it.
