It might not look too appealing, but rest assure it is. It`s almost like ice cream. Here`s how you make it:
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1. Peel kiwis and cut into quarters. Place in blender and puree, avoiding breaking the seeds. Transfer kiwis into a metal bowl.
2. Combine lemon juice and sugar during to dissolve sugar. Add to pureed kiwis and stir to blend.
3. Place a bowl in the freezer. When ice crystals begin to form around the edges (30 minutes approx.) Remove from freezer and whip to break the off crystals. Repeat this process until the dessert has your desired texture.
Let rest in freezer for about 15 minutes more.
Serve in ice cream goblets.
Makes about 4 servings.
