This recipe requires 25 minutes preparation, 40 minutes until the biscuits are ready and give it to 24 biscuits.

250g brown sugar
60g manteira at room temperature
80 ml vegetable oil
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla flavoring
2 egg whites
140g wholemeal flour
140 g flour
1 tablespoon of baking soda
Fitness Chocolate Cereal 70g
50g chocolate chips small


Pre heat the oven to 170 ยบ C;
In a large bowl, beat sugar, butter, oil, vanilla and egg whites with electric mixer on lowest speed until well blended;
With a spoon, mix the flour, oats and baking soda until well blended;
Mix the FITNESS Chocolate and chocolate chips;
Divides the size of balls in a golf ball and flattens them until about 5 cm in diameter and 2 cm thick. Put them on the board on a sheet of tracing paper, 5 cm apart from each other;
Let boiling between 10-13 minutes;
Cooled for one minute;
Enjoy it :)
