Cooking Mama: Tilapia

I love seafood and Tilapia is one of my favorite fish to eat. Its inexpensive and easy to prepare. I have decided to take over my kitchen and start to cook more often. This is a pretty quick meal to prepare for my family.
I seasoned the Tilapia fillets with Johnny seasoning and a little bit of olive oil. Then, I smeared a thin layer of mayo and topped it off with bread crumbs. It only takes about 20 minutes to bake in the oven at 425 degrees F. While those are baking, I steamed some broccoli and scrambled 2 eggs using only 1 yolk. I would normally eat the fish with white steamed rice, but I am trying to cut back on the rice.
Thats pretty much it. Thats my type of cooking, the less ingredients the better. And the quicker it is to cook, the more likely I will stick to making more home cooked meals.
