This was my lunch yesterday.
I made the coloured pasta that i love and add some soy chunks. This soy chunks are a great substitute for meat. They look like meat and for a second... you can be mistaken for meat. lol
i discovered this a while ago... and i guess it`s healthier than meat. but as you can imagine... nothing can really subsitute the protein that meat has 100%.
So i added some mozzarella chunks in it and did a youghurt sauce.
It was delicious.
Sorry my english... it`s not my native language...
i really don`t know if i can calll "soy chunks" to this... but it`s the best way i can describe the ingredient. ;)
Have you ever tried it?
How can I cook this ingredient differently?
