I gained 10 lbs since senior year in high school. It has been like 3 years :/ I want to go back to being 105 lbs. I have been having a hard time focusing and staying focused. So...I decided to do something about it. I tried my jeans on and they are mad tight.
The banana diet is pretty much eating bananas and lukewarm water for breakfast. Then, you eat whatever you want for the rest of the day, but nothing after 8 pm. I might try it, but we will see. What do you think? This has been a fad diet from Japan.
