Didn`t really feel too well so I made comfort food as lunch for work today.
I was really craving Mac and Cheese but I didn`t have any macaroni at home. So I made shells instead.
I had a cheesey shell pasta with peas, grilled mushrooms, bacon bits. The cheese sauce was homemade. I used chicken broth mixed with Parmesan and Sharp Cheddar cheese. No oil necessary =D
It was about 250 calories in total, but it tastes like it`s at least 600 calories =).
