Cold Nacho Dip

I love cold nacho dips and has been the most popular dish I have made this summer. The dip is best when prepared and chilled in the fridge for several hours before servings it.

To make the dip you will need:
-1 block cream cheese
-1 small container of sour cream (restaurant style works the best, avoid low fat since they don`t work as well)
-1 salsa of choice
-shredded cheese (I use old cheddar but you can use whatever you prefer
-additional toppings such as black olives, onions, peppers

To prepare the dip:
Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together with a hand mixer until thoroughly combined, spread in the bottom of a glass casserole dish.
Add a layer of salsa on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the salsa and distribute additional toppings if doing so.
