I had this chicken dish at a Malaysian/Thai/Chinese restaurant last week. The chicken was marinated in Chinese wine and then steamed. It was then put in a cold place/fridge and served cold. I am so used to the fact of eating chicken warm and not cold so it was definitely a surprise for me. However, it was a pleasant surprise. The dipping sauces (Plum, Soy) were very well with the chicken and I love it. The pickles are also very good. I love this dish. Had anyone ever tried this before. I am not sure if this is Malay or Thai or Chinese.
