Coconut balls--no cooking or baking required

This is really simple to make. There are 2 ways to make it. In both ways you will need coconut flakes (amount you desire), condensed milk (sweetened), cardamom powder (if you like it), rose water or essence or vanilla essence if you have, lastly your favorite dried nuts. This is really your choice, your taste recipe. If you want them in squares you do the following.
Take a non-stick pan and toss coconut flakes to lightly toast them. Now add condensed milk to your desired sweetness and stir quickly. You can also add your favorite chopped dry nuts, rose water, cardamom (really adds a good flavor). Take a grease plate or pan and pour in the mixture. Tap the pan lightly to set it and after an hour or so, you can use knife to cut through.

The balls are also easy to make. Again you can toast coconut flakes lightly and take it in a large bowl, add rose water and cardamon to your desire. Add condensed milk spoon by spoon and keep stirring. Once you reached your desired sweetness. You can start rolling them in a ball and you can add a dry fruit inside and add one piece on top for decor. You can also add chocolate piece in center and almond on top....your creativity, your desire taste, your dish. You can make it in 5 minutes and keep them stored in air tight container for weeks. Hope you try it and enjoy it!
