I like eating cocktail shrimp but ordering it outside at restaurant seems like such a rip off when I can make it for less. I usually just flash boil the shrimp and then transfer it to an ice bath to keep the crunchy-ness within the shrimp. The cocktail sauce cost like $2ish for a bottle and there you have it, easy peesy shrimp cocktail.
