Coastal Scents Brushes (Review)

I`ve been ordering from since the start of this year, which is around when I started getting really interested in makeup. I know a lot of people swear by their palettes but I was more interested in their brushes. For my first order, I picked up four of their clearance brushes:

Destiny Blender

This is my favorite of the bunch! It`s so soft and perfect for blending eyeshadows or transitioning to brow highlight.

This is wonderful for flawless, streak-less foundation application! The only thing is that I find I have to clean this more often because it tends to get dirtier faster than my other brushes.

I used to love this but it dries weird everytime I wash it! It never feels as soft as it did when I first got it. It`s excellent for a wash of color over the lid though.

Synthetic Angle Blush and Define

This is perfect for pigmented blushes. It allows you to build up color to your liking. This is the only brush that bled a little when I first washed it but never after that.

Initial Impression: These are so soft! They were my first make up brushes... the first time I saw them, I thought they looked like huge paintbrushes, lol. Huge
soft paintbrushes.
Wash and Wear: I`ve lost count how many times I`ve washed them. The Bionic Flat Top Buffer lost a hair or two in one of its early washes and the Pro Blending Fluff Brush dries all crazy haired sometimes. The Synthetic Angle Blush and Define was the only one that bled. None of them smell weird or shed and they all seem to dry well after shaping. I love the end result of using these brushes to apply makeup. Before, I used to use fingers for foundation and sponge tip applicators for eye shadow. These brushes made a huge difference!
I highly recommend these brushes to any brush newbie! Photos are mine.
