CO Bigelow Vitamin Toner

I`m not sure if other people have this problem but when I use certain make up removing products, it leaves an oily feeling on my eyes. I will take my eye makeup off prior to jumping in the shower with either regular makeup remover or cold cream because it works well at removing my stubborn waterproof mascara. But even after showering and rinsing the product off, my skin is left with an oily feeling. Like there is a layer of oil on my eyelids.

So what I do is after showering, I spritz this toner onto a cotton pad and then wipe off any remaining residue from the makeup remover. It works well leaving my eye area feeling fresh and clean. I`m not sure if you`re suppose to use this product near your eyes but since it did not have any alcohol and doesn`t bug my eyes, I use it. This stuff is lightly scented but not unbearable.

Have any of you guys tried this toner? If you have, what do you think about it? If you haven`t, what do you use to remove the oily residue leftover from your makeup remover?
